Indie Campers operates across the US in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Orlando, and Miami, and in Europe in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, England, Scotland, Switzerland, Iceland, Sweden, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Croatia, Norway, and has pick-up centres in more than 50 cities.
**THE ROLE**
- As the Fleet Strategy Procurement Lead you will be responsible for Planning and Procurement of vehicles in North America & Europe. You will maintain, develop and establish relationships with OEM's and Recreational Vehicle upfitters, drive global procurement process improvements and reporting as well as partner with the Finance team to execute the fleet financing plan. Collaboration with Ops and RV Sales team to ensure that the product specs are aligned with business objectives and preparation of periodic reporting for exec and stakeholders is a key responsibility._
- This position will be based in our office in Lisbon and reporting to the Head of Fleet Management._
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Your goal will be to procure thousands of vehicles in North America and Europe over the next years. To do this you will will have to create and manage relationships with OEM's and Recreational Vehicle upfitters, plan, coordinate & execute vehicle procurement, conduct contract analysis as well as draft, report and coach & develop the current team_
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree_
- Professional Experience:_
- 5 to 8 years in Procurement (ideally fleet);_
- Previous team management experience;,_
- International Level or Highly Reputed Multinational Company_
