**What you will do**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engagement with various Amgen stakeholders for adoption and delivery (design, engineer and support) of Box, Yammer, SharePoint online, Extranet Collaboration System, and other collaboration tools.
- Provide technology support to Global Service Delivery Lead for all collaboration service needs.
- Forecast Amgen demand for Collaboration services, develop and coordinate with Global Service Owners for the Global Engagement for Roadmap, Intake, delivery and voice of the customer feedback.
- Roadmap sharing from Global Service Owner to the Regional IS and Business teams.
- Design, engineer and implement collaboration tools required for business growth/site expansions across Amgen.
- Collaborate with run Managed Service provider to ensure SLA’s are being achieved for services in Europe region. Coordinate Major Incident Management activities for collaboration services for the region.
- Engage the business to understand their business requirements and current processes, and helping find ways to improve processes using OOTB Box and M365 functionality
- Helping business clients learn to construct complex solutions in M365
- Contribute to longer-range architecture, strategy and direction for Enterprise Collaboration including platform and solutions for external collaboration
- Balance building complex solutions with maintaining a client’s ability to understand, maintain, and support the solution going forward

**Basic Qualifications**:
Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree & 3 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree & 5 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate’s degree & 10 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED & 12 years of Information Systems experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Box/M365 or similar platforms
- Effective internal & external relationships and operating across functional boundaries
- Ability to translate strategic opportunities and emerging technology solutions into tangible pragmatic executable plans
- Hands on experience with Box, M365 and other Cloud Enterprise Solutions
- Collaborates with Enterprise Architecture group and implementation partners in defining solution specifications
- Analyze, estimate and plan for enhancement requests, building new Box apps or M365 app components
- Strong time and task management skills to estimate and successfully meet project timeline
- Work closely with Operations/Run team to troubleshoot problems, assist in deployment activities
- Ability to bring consistency and quality assurance across various projects
- Good communication skills in explaining the Box/M365 features to end users and assisting end users with utilizing those features and functions
- Building complex OOTB Power Platform solutions with no development
- Modern web standards and technologies (e.g. HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3)
- Ability to learn new technologies, and be able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Excellent documentation and writing skills to ensure compliance with policy
- Able to work independently and provide recommendations on strategies for meeting client needs within the portal, collaboration, and enterprise social domains
- Creative problem solving and issue resolution are keys to success
