Our client is one of the main distributors in Portugal, working with renowned Brand Owners. The Company represents in Portugal well-known FMCG and Consumer Healthcare Brands such as _**Adidas**_, _**Castrol**_, _**Eryplast**_, _**Fluocaril**_, _**Lindor, Rimmel, RoC, Scholl **_and _**Wella**_._

Currently, the company is willing to integrate an **Assistant Brand Manager.**

**JOB SUMMARY**:
The **Assistant Brand Manager** will assist the Marketing Department in the process of growing the Brands value market-share through successful delivery of the Brand Plans, always in close cooperation with our Brand Owners. You will be involved in dynamic projects which can involve the launch of new product lines, the creation of winning in-store plans, the analysis of the category/industry trends, and the development and execution of engaging Media/PR campaigns for our Brands. Even, in the launch of new-to-market Brands

Some of your daily tasks will consist of:

- Supporting Brand Managers in monitoring and analyzing the performance of managed Brands in the Portuguese domestic market, as well as ensuring the execution and delivery of commercial dashboards;
- Analyzing competition and market trends in each category.
- Development, execution and monitoring of in-store initiatives

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Undergraduate / Master Degree in Business Management from a top-tier university and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in FMCG / Consulting;
- Self-starter with the desire to make things happen;
- Willingness to learn and work in challenging environments;
- Results-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to create good relationships across all organizational levels;
- Team-oriented professional;
- Strong numeracy and data analysis skills;
- High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong language skills (Portuguese and English).
