As assistant brand manager your role will be focused on coordinate the execution of beverages portfolio brand calendar and projects collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of Marketing Team in Lisbon.

Job Requirements:

- Execute the marketing plan calendar for Beverage brands such as Pepsi, 7UP, Guaraná Antarctica and Gatorade and follow-up of the commercial calendar and brand critical metrics with the Bottler.
- Lead all point of sale toolkits execution projects in order to ensure brand visual identity is prioritized.
- Develop and present status of assigned projects following stages process in different forums (internal, with Bottler, agencies,) while coordinating projects cross-functionally
- Prepare briefs to agencies to deliver marketing calendar, integrating the brand positioning (media plans, activations, etc)
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current marketing strategy and plans (what’s working/what’s not).
- Maintain information systems in Portugal for area under responsibility: sales scorecard, marketing information, consumer research in order to understand beverages market, identify gaps and opportunities, build plans and proposals to capture the business opportunities.
- Budget Control of the assigned budget, ensuring an efficient use of resources, with monthly reporting spend vs budget to manager

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**_ What do you need to succeed?_**
- University degree in Business or Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG within marketing or trade marketing
- Analytical and presentation skills, self-motivated and proactive
- Result oriented with the ability to manage internal/external stakeholders
- Proficient level in Portuguese, English and Spanish valuable
- Advanced PC user (excel, power point)
- Familiarity with marketing tools is a plus (Nielsen, Kantar, Social Media )
