**The Role**

We are looking for a Recruitment lead, ideally based in Lisbon who will be responsible for supporting the local team as they expand the local service Centre. This will include helping design and building a recruitment strategy that will support the hiring for this Centre from early careers roles all the way up to experience hires. Looking at ways to build relationships with local vendors, universities and in conjunction with our Employer Branding team ensure a fit for purpose recruitment marketing strategy is embedded to support the hiring demand for this business.

What will the role entail?
- Partner with hiring managers and leaders to establish hiring requirements and the overall recruiting strategy and work seamlessly with Recruiting, Business and HR teams to execute
- Partner with the local HR team in support the onboarding of new hires

**The Requirements**
- Experience of 7+ years in successful corporate full life cycle recruiting for a professional services firm; experience working for an HR consulting firm is a major plus
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and assessment tools
- Strong client relationship and team skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively
- Proven success working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment and self sufficient
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
- Demonstrable success leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies and tools
