What's the opportunity about?*
We are looking for a Partner Manager who will play a key role in how we manage and drive business through our strategic BPO reseller partners.
Our existing partners are amongst the largest vendors in the Customer Service and we need exceptional, cross-functional talent to drive expansion within our BPO portfolio. Our development-focused culture allows employees to thrive personally and professionally.

**How you’ll contribute**:
As a Partner Manager, you will be accountable for developing the strategy and approach to landing and deploying within a set of BPO partners. Stakeholder management and creative high touch B2B programs that drive revenue will be the key areas you’ll focus on, namely:

- Partner Management: Own the day to day relationships for a portfolio of strategic BPO partners
- Business Development: Work cross functionally with internal teams and partners to identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline progression
- Partner Enablement: Work with each BPO to build a deep understanding of our joint value proposition and drive co-selling initiatives

**Requirements**:
Unbabel is innovating and disrupting the Customer Service industry and is now expanding its offering to Localisation and Marketing use cases too, we’re determined to continue to establish ourselves as the leader in the industry and you’ll be the face of Unbabel for our reseller partners.
- You are well-versed in the BPO industry and understand what the top priorities of the key stakeholders in Customer Service are
- You are passionate about the Customer Service industry and innovating and disrupting it with technology and software
- You take ownership for enhancing the customer experience, assisting partners by utilizing consultative selling practices to identify partner and customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- You are comfortable and have experience in working effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- You are passionate about continually building and managing a pipeline of new business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

**What you need**:

- 3+ years of BPO experience within Customer Service, with track record of over-achieving targets
- Understanding or experience with SaaS business model and go-to-market is highly desirable
- Experience with partner programmes or initiatives that are revenue driven is a plus
- Passionate about Technology and Innovation
- Proven track record of building relationships with clients, sourcing, selling and executing strategy projects and/ or meeting sales quotas
- You are entrepreneurial and self-driven
