Key accountabilities
- Contribute to secure the daily Central Securities Depository Regulation reconciliation monitoring.
- Support and act as second level of control regarding the investor invoicing.
- Process pre-voting for client General Meetings.
- Assist in client communication and notification of changes.
- Assist development teams as needed, primarily for conducting tests
- Contribute to automation and streamlining of Euronext Securities Oslo's internal processes
- Conduct courses and training as needed.
- Profile & skills
- Eligibility criteria for the V.I.E programme set by Business France:

- Nationality of an EU country
- 18-28 years old
- No tax residence or work experience in Norway and will to relocate in a longer term in Portugal (Porto)
- Desired skills & education
- Economics master's degree and interest in Securities Market, and Capital Market infrastructure
- Interest and understanding of basic IT (and data especially)
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Proven teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English
- Norwegian or Danish language knowledge is a plus
