We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer. - **Fast and easy recruitment process**: - **The training will be fully paid** **Your Responsibilities**: - You will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience. **To succeed in this role, you will need**: - Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum) - Empathic and helpful - Team player - Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed - Able to handle sensitive information - Fast learner capacity **What you will gain**: - **Base salary: 1230€ gross per month** **Benefits and employment** - The first contract for 12 months, It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one) - Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer - **Note: EU citizenship or full working rights are required**_ - Are you ready to embark on a new journey in your career?_ ?PORld> Pay: 1,230.00€ per month Application Question(s): - Do you have full working rights to work in Portugal? **Language**: - English at least C1?
