As a Senior Specialist Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.

In your new role you will:

- **Prepare and review **departmental accruals and rental reports
- **Conduct headcount **and Travel & Expense (T&E) analysis
- **Compile and analyze bilateral budgets **(overall/site-specific) and monthly cost overviews
- **Support the Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR)**:

- **Provide financial reports **for Accounting, Controlling & Taxes (ACT) department
- Execute other regular tasks and ad-hoc financial data analysis and reporting
- **Calculate and maintain lease average costs **and personnel cost rates
- **Maintain and update forecasts **for cost, non-segment result (NSR), and headcount (HC)
- Support cost allocation/correction/reclass and intercompany and WBS sample charging
- Validate cost centers and **update financial outlooks**:

- Assist Business Partners with finance activities and strategic planning
- **Identify and implement process improvements **and automation opportunities

**Your Profile**
In addition to your strong technical knowledge, you are a fast learner, result-oriented, and demonstrate high-quality standards. With your hands-on attitude, creativity, and excellent communication skills, you are able to quickly become acquainted with new topics and build lasting relationships with your counterparts. Your strong problem-solving skills and flexibility enable you to remain focused on solutions and to act cooperatively. Furthermore, your great analytical skills allow you to summarize and present complex financial data in an organized and concise manner.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in **Economics, Business Administration **, **Finance **or equivalent fields
- **At least 3 years of experience **in **Controlling **, preferably in an international and multicultural environment
- Experience with **reporting tools**:

- Strong **MS Excel **and analytical skills **- experience with **SAP FI/CO **would be a plus
- An experienced background in **Accounting **would be an advantage
- Good **knowledge and understanding of IT tools**:

- **Fluency in English**
