**The role**:As a part of our central team, reporting into our Head of Operations, the Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting a cluster of TRIB3 franchise partners across our TRIB3 network. Your duties will include guiding and reporting on Franchise Partners’ operational performance, ensuring company standards are upheld, supporting new studio openings, and delivering training to team members.

**Role specification**

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
**Operational support**
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with Franchise Partners, providing them with the tools, resources and support to drive their operations and commercial performance.
- Act as the first point of contact for all operations related issues or queries, assisting Franchise Partners in a friendly, supportive, and efficient manner.
- Oversee all operational aspects of new studio openings across the region.

**Maintaining standards across the region**
- Conduct tri-annual audits (four monthly cycles) across the cluster, ensuring adherence and compliance to company and brand standards.
- Support the development and enforcement of TRIB3’s Operations Manual, continually identifying operational efficiencies and studio compliance.

**TRIB3 Academy**
- Assist Franchise Partners in the region to determine training needs.
- Deliver Management and FOH training when required, ensuring all team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver the TRIB3 experience to the highest standards.
- Support TRIB3 Academy content creation - training manuals, educational video content and/or other training materials.

**Reporting**
- Preform the daily month-to-date reporting of all studios across the global network, ensuring figures are up to date.

**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**

The Operations Manager will have:
**Experience**
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an operations-related role.
- Previous experience delivering training, as a training manager or other similar role.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience working across different cultures.

**The person**
- Strong team player with excellent relationship-management and communication skills
- Energetic communicator, confident at presenting and mentoring.
- Organised and structured with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Availability to travel.
- Must speak fluent English and have strong written English.
