We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive the success of the sales function within the organization. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to customer success management, while also supporting the CEO in administrative tasks related to sales operations. You will collaborate closely with sales team members, as well as other departments, to ensure alignment and maximize revenue generation opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Implement and manage processes for lead generation, qualifying leads and opportunities
- Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely progression of deals
- Oversee the sales and account management process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal
- Continuously analyze and improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Provide support to the sales team in creating proposals, presentations, etc
- Assist the CEO in managing administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as preparing reports, CRM management, and managing communication with clients
- Responsibility for the sales and account team performance, expanding the team as needed
- Performing sales-related tasks as an individual contributor
**Qualification**:
- 5+ years experience in sales within the IT services industry (software product development)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in sales CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Leadership experience and organizational processes within the team and department
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

Pay: 40,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
