**About the Role**:
As our new **Growth Marketing Specialist**, you'll play a key role in expanding Voicemod's reach across platforms and **driving user acquisition through experimentation, content and data**. Whether as a core contributor or a senior lead, you'll help shape how we attract, convert and retain users in a highly dynamic product and category.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Execute growth marketing tactics** across digital channels — combining creativity, data and experimentation.
- Contribute to a test-and-learn culture**:generate hypotheses, design experiments, measure impact and iterate fast**.
- Support **SEO** and **ASO** efforts through **keyword research** and **content optimization**.
- Update and **manage web content** through CMS tools like Webflow or WordPress.
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally** with Product, Design and Data to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Provide input for **performance marketing** creatives and messaging.
- Assist with **campaign execution across paid, organic**, and **community channels**.
- ** Monitor KPIs** using pre-built dashboards and support basic reporting.
- Stay informed about **growth trends**, tools, and tactics in gaming and consumer apps.
**What You’ll Need**:
- 2-4 years of **experience in digital or growth marketing**, ideally in fast-paced environments.
- Strong **growth mindset** — focused on learning, impact, and continuous improvement.
- ** Curiosity, proactivity and agility** — someone who asks questions, gets things moving, and adapts quickly.
- Familiarity with the **gaming ecosystem**, either professionally or personally (you play, stream or follow the scene).
- Experience in **go-to-market strategies** for digital products
- Strong **writing skills** with attention to clarity, tone, and audience.
- Familiarity with **SEO/ASO principles** and basic use of tools like SEMrush or AppTweak.
- Experience using **CMS platforms** such as Webflow or WordPress.
- Understanding of **paid media principles** and ability to support campaigns.
- Comfortable with **Google Analytics** or **Mixpanel** for reading performance data.
- Good **communication** and **collaboration** across marketing and product teams.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
**Bonus Points**:
- Background in **gaming or creator economy industries**, or relevant experience at **agencies** with tech clients.
- Experience in **Paid Media Campaigns** (Social Ads, Google Ads, Reddit Ads,...).
- Basic understanding of **Reddit** or **community-led marketing**.
**Hiring Process**:

- **Hiring Manager Interview** - Dive deeper into the role expectations and how you approach growth (60 min).
- **Technical Challenge** - Complete a real-world task aligned with your future responsibilities (Up to 120 min).
- ** Technical Interview with Product & Data** - Discuss your thinking, approach and experience with growth tools, analysis and execution (60 min).
- **Final Interview with the Department VP** - Wrap-up conversation to align on expectations and motivation (60 min).
