**About Us**

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead user growth for Bungee. This role is ideal for someone deeply familiar with B2C crypto products, with a proven track record of scaling user adoption in the Web3 space.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute innovative campaigns to expand Bungee’s user base and transaction volumes.
- Optimize performance marketing strategies across social media, content marketing, and partnerships.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user onboarding and retention strategies using data-driven insights.
- Work with community managers to foster an engaged and loyal Bungee user community.
- Leverage partnerships with protocols, chains, and dApps to drive growth through co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously enhance acquisition and retention strategies.
- Track and report key growth metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
- Create and distribute content that highlights Bungee’s value proposition and educates users about Web3.

**Required Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly for B2C crypto or blockchain products.
- Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi and layer 1/2 chains.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to derive insights from diverse data sources.
- Experience in paid acquisition, KOL partnerships, and content marketing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with community-led growth strategies and building engaged user communities.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
- Hands-on experience managing user acquisition for wallet or DEX products.
- Proficiency with Web3 analytics tools such as Dune Analytics or Nansen.
- Passion for blockchain technology and advancing Web3 adoption.
