We are looking for an Internal Audit Data Analyst (d/f/m) with high expertise in SAP. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support internal audit activities and improve business operations. In this role you will also analyze and evaluate performance of selected organizations financial, operational, and managerial data to identify risks, areas for improvement and to provide reasonable assurance that the organizations comply with all relevant regulations, laws and standards. **Your Role**: - Extract, analyze and interpret data using statistical techniques as well as develop data-driven audit programs and assist in audit planning and risk assessments - Use SAP to support audits and maintain data integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations and recommending improvements - Prepare and present clear audit reports to communicate audit results to management in an understandable way - Collaborate with audit teams to identify and implement process improvements - Manage timely and accurate completion of audits, including follow-up on corrective actions and participate in complex audits under supervision - Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies & recommend changes to processes and systems **You Identify Yourself With**: - Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with strong knowledge of SAP business processes - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as ACL, Excel and Power BI - Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights - High ability to work independently towards goals & objectives - Strong communication skills at all organizational levels, handling complex and sensitive topics, with internal negotiation skills - Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus) **Our Benefits for You**: The benefits listed refer to the primary location.
