HR REPORTING & INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2203HRM10271) **About the job** - The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Its mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting, in addition with any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients - The HR Reporting & Internal Audit Officer will be the point of contact for CIB territories and auditors for the requested global HR data and documentation **Your Main Activities Are** - Support CIB HR Audits, working closely with many different stakeholders such as Local HR’s, internal and external auditors - Prepare HR data and reporting requested during IG inspections of Businesses or Functions - Prepare all documentation and reports required, such as, audit scope definition, ensure collection of supportive documentation, follow-up of audit findings - Provide support to Local HR’s for all audit matters - Report the results to HR Management - Regularly update the HR Audit Framework and keep all important stakeholders informed - Providing global & standardized process design based in the audit recommendations for the HR Processes on a global and local level - Share the issued HR audit recommendations with the territory HR teams, ask for a gap analysis by each territory and ensure that the recommendations are implemented if necessary **Profile and Skills to Success** - Academic Degree in Business Management, Law, Human Resources, or related field; - Reporting/consolidation experience in a Finance/Audit environment - GDPR experience recommended - Management of large databases - Experience in managing multiple projects with consistent quality and timely delivery - Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.) package advanced level - Skilled relationship builder - ability to work with different stakeholders - Strong Team Spirit - Innovation and creativity - Critical Thinking - Rigor - Results and delivery focus especially during change with customer satisfaction in mind - Capacity to manage priorities - Communication - Sense of confidentiality - Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level, CECRL certificate) is mandatory, French is a nice to have **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
