GBS Digital Solutions offer innovative technology solutions and customer-oriented digitalization services and co-develop digital solutions to solve our customers' business challenges, leveraging our modern technology layer and partner ecosystem. **Your mission will be**
- Coordinate Application Delivery and supervise and report on service performance metrics such as SLAs, KPIs, and operational costs.
- Support the development of strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service providers, coordinating efforts to align services with business needs.
- Build positive relationships with IT business units, stakeholders, and providers to ensure alignment with interpersonal goals.
- Facilitate cross-department communication to address challenges and implement solutions.
- Regularly evaluate processes to identify and implement improvements for cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Participate and create the risk assessments and protection risk analyses to proactively address vulnerabilities.
- Ensure alignment to regulatory standards and organizational policies, particularly regarding data protection and access control.
- Implement, document and maintain the guidelines regarding the internal access control framework and roles authorization concepts.
- Create and maintain up to date the protection documentation and ensure that proper risk acceptance is obtained and recorded.

- Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels;
- Eagerness to learn new technologies;
- Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management and other disciplines related to service delivery;
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently;
- Proven resource planning and problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field or equivalent practical experience;
- Excellent oral and written skills in English;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles;
- DevOps, Cyber Security and Agile methodologies will be an advantage;
- Availability for occasional business trips.
