**Estamos a recrutar um Agent Administrative Technique Wagons para uma empresa especialista em logística industrial que se dedica aos serviços de soluções de transporte e logísticos de marcas nacionais e internacionais.**

**A SUA FUNÇÃO**:
O profissional a admitir será responsável por:

- Assegurar as reconciliações de contas de fornecedores;
- Assegurar a contabilidade dos pagamentos manuais e das operações de compensação;
- Assegurar a contabilização das faturas de compra;
- Produzir a análise e justificação de contas, incluindo a gestão de incidentes de pagamento;
- Identificar e indicar desvios;
- Assegurar boas relações operacionais com os fornecedores;
- Participar no acompanhamento de indicadores relacionados com o desempenho dos fornecedores e qualidade.

**REQUISITOS PARA SER BEM SUCEDIDO**:

- Formação académica superior em contabilidade, administração de empresas; finanças ou áreas similares;
- Pelo menos 2 anos de experiência numa posição similar;
- Bons conhecimentos em finanças, contabilidade e tesouraria;
- Conhecimentos em Excel (nível intermédio) e SAP (intermedio);
- Idioma: Inglês (mínimo B2); Francês (plus).
