**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Key Stakeholders Engagement:
- Build a stakeholder Mapping and Analysis to Identify non-clinical stakeholders and understand their interests and impact on the organization.
- Create tailored strategies for effective communication and execute in collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Engage with key stakeholders and external professional associations to build long-term partnerships based on key priorities for the organization with a short
- and long-term perspective.
Patient Engagement:
- Design and execute patient engagement programs that empower and involve patients in decision-making processes. Work with franchisees to build and implement disease awareness campaigns with an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve communication channels and enhance the patient experience.
- Develop and maintain patient education materials and resources.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Organize and prepare volunteer activities
- Develop and establish partnerships with community and Social responsibility Institutions
Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives.
- Regularly analyze data and prepare reports to demonstrate the impact of communication efforts.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in communication, public affairs, and patient engagement roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and dynamics.
- Proficiency in using digital and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
