We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing engaging content across platforms, managing our online presence, and supporting our digital marketing strategy—primarily within the healthcare industry.

To succeed in this position, you should be highly creative, social media-savvy, and comfortable working alongside our design team to craft compelling narratives and visual content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Managing content calendars and ensuring brand consistency in voice, style, and imagery.
- Create and develop multimedia content (graphics, photography, videos, etc.).
- Tracking performance metrics and reporting on content effectiveness.
- Monitoring trends, audience behavior, and competitors to refine content strategy.
- Engaging with the online community, responding to comments/messages, and fostering audience growth.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Portfolio or examples of content creation (mandatory).
- Design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
- Creative mindset with storytelling ability and visual flair.
- Strong writing and editing skills in Portuguese and English.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
