Our **IT Department** is looking for an** IT Support Technician (French Speaker)** to be based in **Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal)**.
The **IT Support Technician's (French Speaker)** **role **is to support users on all of our IT systems.

The Main missions:

- You are the first point of contact for users regarding requests of any kind in the field of IT.
- You deal with incidents or other user concerns in French and English - by telephone or via the ticketing system.
- Together with your colleagues, you offer first-class 1st level support for the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring the high quality of the services provided.
- The instructions, checklists, documentation and statistics created and constantly updated in the team are valued as helpful tools.
- You enjoy the continuous improvement process and the quality assurance of the IT help desk in your active participation.

Skills and Know-how:

- Fluent in French
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of MS Windows OS and O365 features and configuration
- At least 1 year of experience supporting users.
- Explain technical issues in clear and understandable language
- Use effective problem-solving techniques
- Team-player

The following skills will be considered a PLUS:

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure
- Experience in using a service desk tool
- Principles and practices knowledge of customer service
- Experience in functional SAP Support
