A **HRB Solutions** encontra-se em Processo de Recrutamento para empresa multinacional, líder em _property managemen_t. No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um **Office Manager (Trainee)**.
**FUNÇÕES**
- Organizar a agenda da administração do Cliente (ex: agendamento de reuniões);
- Dar seguimento e/ou resposta ao expediente diário;
- Acompanhar o processo de recebimento, aprovação, classificação e pagamento de faturas a fornecedores;
- Validação e classificação de documentação para fins contabilísticos;
- Assegurar o atendimento a clientes, fornecedores e parceiros do Cliente;
- Suporte ao processo de organização de arquivo e gestão documental;
- Realizar a gestão e o controlo de stocks;
- Realização de outras tarefas administrativas ligadas ao suporte do expediente geral de escritório.
**PERFIL**
- Formação Superior concluída;
- Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
- Experiência na área administrativa (preferencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (Ex: Excel e Word);
- Forte atenção ao detalhe e na orientação para o cliente;
- Perfil pró-ativo, dinâmico e resiliente;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, dinamismo, organização e responsabilidade;
- Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
