**Responsabilities and Tasks of the Job**

The Service Now Solution Lead has the overall responsibility for our client Service Now solution, the daily operations and maintenance of the platform and its ongoing development. This role is part of the overall Applications Domain.

The primary function is to ensure the Service Now Solution is operational to enable our 10,000 users to access both he ITSM and HR Portals we provide.
