If you have at least one year of experience in customer support, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to work in a dynamic, friendly office environment, this is the perfect role for you.
**You’ll be supporting users in building their websites, managing content, and ensuring they have the best experience with the platform.**
No technical expertise required - we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Support French-speaking users** with everyday tasks - such as logging in, connecting domains, or publishing a page.
- **Help solve simple issues or escalate when needed** - you'll never be alone; there’s always a team to back you up.
- **Collect user feedback and pass it on** - your input helps make the platform better for everyone.

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **900€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1050€ gross x 12 months) - **basic salary**:

- **80€ gross** - project fixed bonus
- **7,23€ NET/ worked day meal voucher (approx. 145€**)
- given as a pre-paid card
- **20€ -Transport allowance**:
