Currently, we are seeking a **Systems Administrator** who's eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity. This is a **hybrid position** in Lisbon, Portugal. **Responsibilities**: - Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimizing workloads for efficiency; - Backup and Disaster Recovery; - Patch Management; - Capacity Planning: Estimating future resource needs and planning for scalability; - Resource Management and automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred; - At least 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, or Technical Support Operations; - Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferred Azure; - A proven track record of designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions; - Experience with monitoring systems.
