Our cliente is an international company operating in the telco market, and is looking for **CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANTS (M/F) **to join and reinforce their team in **Lisbon**.

**Descrição de funções**:

- Ensure excellent customer service in the mentioned languages;
- Provide general information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers;
- Processing the customers' requests and update in computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address);
- Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service.

**Requisitos**:

- Fluent in German (C1) and English;
- Experience in Customer Service, cross selling;
- Good computer skills;
- Interest in telecommunication products;
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00.
