- Schedule**:Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00** (40h/week, 5 days/week)
- **Fixed hours, no shift work**:
This job is **support for German-speaking customers of a major bank -** one of the largest and most recognized in the German-speaking market, offering a wide range of financial services to both private and business clients.

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Provide service-oriented inbound support for customers of a German bank.**:

- **Answer customer questions** and handle requests during the first point of contact.
- **Execute customer orders**related to the full Retail Service portfolio.
- **Assist customers with phone banking** identification and T-PIN setup.
- **Support customers** in setting up and using the Postbank mobile app.
- **Handle all interactions exclusively in German,** as all clients are German-speaking.

**Our expectations**:

- Proficiency in **German (min C2)**:

- **English** at minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication skills
- **You want to work from home in Portugal (mainland)**:

- Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation
- **Previous customer service experience** is **not required**but is a **big plus.**

**Main duties**:

- **Start date**:08.01.2026
- Work from **HOME** anywhere in Portugal (except islands)
- **We provide work equipment & send it to your home**:

- Working hours**:Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00**(5 days / week, 40h/ week) - fixed schedule - no shifts
- Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day off per week
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **Training provided at the start of employment**:

- Private Health insurance with a dental plan

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **€1100 gross - base salary**:

- **2 extra salaries per yer**:

- **up to 100€ monthly performance bonus**:

- **€7.23 net/day** - meal voucher - issued as a prepaid card
