**_Job Overview and Responsibilities _**_*_**
Syensqo is creating its internal Global Business Services (GBS) to cover Finance, Procurement and Human Resources activities. We offer you to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and to contribute to this group’s transformation.
Join us in one of our 3 service centres: Lisbon, Curitiba, and Bangkok, be part of this transformation journey from the start.
The incumbent will deliver T&E services according to the service catalog: post, check and proceed with corrections if necessary. The T&E team is also in charge T&E Cards and P-Card administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- To perform transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets
- Run operations in T&E system (Concur)
- Posting of expense reports in ERP and account reconciliation
- Legitimacy check of expense reports
- Requests for corrections and their validation according to the standard procedures
- T&E cards and Pcard administration activities
- Day-to-day interaction with internal or external stakeholders, using defined communication channels
- Respect quantitative, quality, and timing targets for the assigned tasks (e.g. check results/reconciliation of performed transactions)
- Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data, and maintenance of the system
- Perform problem-solving for non-complex issues. Solve errors and problems based on the solutions given in the documentation
- Escalate any process that cannot be performed based on given documentation to a T&E Team Leader
- To strive for continuous improvement, identify/propose actions/ideas to improve processes
- To maintain operational procedures updated (incl. training materials for new hires)
- To contribute to projects
- Perform internal controls and ensure compliance
**_Education and Experience _**_*_**
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or in T&E domain
- At least 1 year of experience working in T&E process
**_Must-have skills _**_*_**
- SAP and Concur experience
- Monitors and checks work or information and plans and organizes time and resources efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
- Attention to detail to maintain the highest operational standards
**_Must-have language skills_**
- Fluent in English (both written & spoken)
