**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Scientific Promotion**: Promote and communicate medical information to healthcare professionals in hospital settings, focusing on specialists, pharmacists, nurses, and other decision-makers.
**Stakeholder Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders to maximize product visibility and acceptance.
**Medical Education**: Provide up-to-date, evidence-based information on clinical benefits, usage protocols, and new therapeutic guidelines, participating in medical conferences, workshops, and internal training sessions.
**Commercial Strategy Implementation**: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement commercial and marketing strategies, achieving sales targets and promoting the responsible use of the company’s products.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**: Analyze the hospital market and competition, identify opportunities and threats, and provide detailed reports to management, including performance metrics and improvement suggestions.
**Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure that all interactions and communications are compliant with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, promoting transparency and integrity in all professional activities.
**Preferred Skills & Qualifications**:
**Professional Experience**: Prior experience in medical information, pharmaceutical marketing, or related roles within hospital or pharmaceutical settings is essential. Direct experience in scientific communication with healthcare professionals is preferred.
