Com o objetivo de consolidar este percurso, estamos neste momento a contratar **Office Assistant (M/F)**, em **Lisboa.**
**Responsabilidades**:
- Registar faturas de compras de fornecedores no sistema financeiro da empresa, garantindo que todas as informações sejam corretas;
- Verificar e validar as faturas recebidas;
- Manter atualizado o cadastro de fornecedores no sistema;
- Estabelecer comunicação com fornecedores;
- Auxiliar na preparação de relatórios de pagamentos a fornecedores, analisando o fluxo de caixa e as obrigações financeiras;
- Arquivar faturas e outros documentos fiscais.

- Disponibilidade Total e Imediata;
- Conhecimentos na área, serão valorizados;

- Espírito de equipa;
- Sentido de compromisso e de responsabilidade
