We’re rapidly growing and looking for another important piece of the puzzle.

As an office manager, you will work closely with the country manager to optimize the work environment for the team’s needs and be responsible for all aspects related to the office’s day-to-day operations & budget.
It is a part-time position, located in our office in Lisbon Portugal.
Let’s get down to business:
**The opportunity**
- Create and maintain a great, organized, and pleasant work environment.
- Responsible for all office logistics (supplies, maintenance, etc) and appearance
- Point of contact for office vendors and service providers
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assistance with welfare activities such as; happy-hours, management offsites, company travels, holiday & birthday gifts, etc.

- 4+ years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or a similar operations role
- Service-oriented, with a can-do approach
- Organized, with attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
- High interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills
- Work 3 days a week from our office in Lisbon
