**Role Description**:
- Handle inbound customer service for reservations across various channels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and nurture positive experiences.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Norwegian (native level) and English (B1 level).
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit.
- Prior experience in Customer Service is advantageous.
- High School Diploma.
- EU ID/Passport or Residency Card (mandatory).
