**Objective**:

- Here at **CI&T** we are looking for a Trilingual (Portuguese, Spanish and English) **Senior Product Manager **to lead and manage the complete product development lifecycle, encompassing the product and business strategy for an entire value stream or a portion of the contract. The primary mission is to ensure the development and launch of innovative, **high-quality **products aligned with customer needs and the company's business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and operations, in the development and launch of new products or the strategic deployment of a value stream.
- Establish clear communication and a relationship with customer managers to understand the business strategy and translate it into product strategy.
- Define product development strategies and plans, taking into account business goals and needs.
- Manage the product portfolio, evaluating opportunities, prioritising projects, and allocating resources efficiently.
- Monitor the progress of product development, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
- Analyse market data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges in product development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among teams.
- Monitor product performance in the market, analysing metrics, customer feedback, and competition, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Stay updated on best practices in product development, technologies, and market trends.
