**Your mission at Webhelp**
We are bringing a **Technical Support Advisor** on board to support us in maintaining our business quality standards and achieving high-level production performance.
**What you will be doing at Webhelp**
As a **Technical Support Advisor**, you will:
- Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting.
- Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
- Gather information from customers.
**We’ll be a great match if you**:
- Have high level of **Portuguese** (written and oral)
- Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronical devices concerning audio video and home appliances
- Proficient PC skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
- Ability to operate in high pressure situations
- Keen sense of technical curiosity
**Preferred skills**
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
- Familiar with ticketing systems is preferred but not necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
