We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for a traditional Portuguese seafood restaurant located in Cascais, operating exclusively for lunch service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee morning purchases and supplies.
- Manage daily operations during lunch service, including team supervision and staff training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Build strong relationships with customers and Suppliers, becoming the familiar face of the restaurant

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
- Valid driver’s license. A car will be necessary to do the morning shopping for the restaurant.
- Previous experience in restaurant supervision, preferably with a mature, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage and train a team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Friendly and professional demeanor to connect with customer and Suppliers

Details:
**Salary**: €900 to €1,200 gross + incentives.

6 days a week (Monday off).
