**Are you ready to take a challenge in Affiliate marketing in a new locally regulated Portuguese brand?**
As an Affiliate Manager specializing in the Portuguese gaming regulated market (sports betting and casino), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving the success of our affiliate program in the Portuguese market.
**Qualifications to succeed in this role**:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the iGaming industry, preferably in the Portuguese sports betting and casino sectors;
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and performance metrics;
- Knowledge of the Portuguese regulatory landscape for online sports betting and casino operations;
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
- The data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics;
- Proficiency in using affiliate tracking and reporting tools;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
- **Affiliate Relationship Management**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in line with the company's business objectives;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary support, resources, and guidance to optimize their performance;
- Act as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally;
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to the Portuguese market, with a focus on sports betting and casino offerings;
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.2/Performance Tracking and Optimization;
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics, including conversions, revenue, and player retention, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to affiliates to help them enhance their promotional efforts and optimize their traffic;
- Collaborate with affiliates to implement strategies that enhance player lifetime value and maximize revenue;
- Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, analyzing key metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to the management team;
- Use data to create comprehensive performance evaluations and recommendations for optimizing affiliate partnerships.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:
- Stay up-to-date with Portuguese regulatory requirements related to sports betting and casino affiliate marketing;
- Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities adhere to local regulations and industry guidelines;
Implement necessary measures to guarantee the integrity of promotions, advertising, and compliance standards.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
- Communicate effectively with affiliates, providing them with relevant updates, marketing materials, and promotions.
