**The Opportunity**
As Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for either:

- A comprehensive talent mobility platform connecting European startup ecosystems
- An AI-driven document management platform modernizing government communications

You'll be responsible for making key technical decisions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable solutions that meet strict government security and compliance requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide architectural decisions and establish technical standards
- Mentor and develop a team of full-stack developers
- Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead technical planning sessions and architecture reviews
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
- Interface with stakeholders across multiple government entities

**Required Qualifications**
- Extensive experience with Node.js ecosystems, particularly in enterprise contexts
- Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization with PostgreSQL, Redis, and SQL Server
- Proven experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures
- Experience with government projects or highly regulated environments is a significant plus
