Our client is being recognized globally as a leader across the Energy Industry, and they are looking for an HR Analyst (M/F/d)

**Your new role**
You will report to the Reporting to HR Organizational & Development Lead and the HR Analyst is accountable for co-ordinating and supporting all monthly HR reporting, personnel and forecast planning as well as budgetary controls. Your main responsibilities are:

- Support HR budgeting, personnel cost, and FTE monitoring;
- Develop, maintain, deliver, and improve HR controlling monitoring tasks and any related reports;
- Provide the required data analysis and trends of HR controlling KPIs;
- Support Finance Controllers and HRC on any HR controlling topic;
- Regularly update and maintain user data and system configuration, and perform regular quality checks HR related data in the system;
- Support statistical analyses of HR data for various purposes, benchmarking, and other ad hoc requests;
- Monitor HR department budget;
- Another responsibilities.

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for a talented professional between 3 to 7 years of experience as HR or Controller in a multinational environment. Experience in HR function is desirable. For your success, you should have an advanced level of English and an excellent level of Excel. We are looking for a Talent with strong communication, intellectual curiosity, problem solving and resiliency.
