KYC QUALITY MONITORING TEAM LEADER (JOB NUMBER: 2403CIBO17810) About the job - The KYC Quality Monitoring Team Leader is accountable for managing a team with a focus on performing the quality monitoring activity related to the KYC Your Main Activities Are - Define team members objectives and performance reviews (minimum half yearly basis) - Encourage and motivate the team members - Manage the relationship with key onshore stakeholders including organization of relevant Committes - Ensure that all KYC updates have been correctly allocated and managed - Ensure that SLA is in place with Production and Quality targets reached Profile and Skills to Success - Professional experience in Compliance, Audit or Client Management - Expertise in KYC procedures - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel an PowerPoint - Fluency in English, both oral and written (mandatory) - Excellent communication skills - Ability to develop others and improve their skills - Strong organizational skills, with a results-driven mindset About the team - Within the CIB ITO Client Management Due Diligence of BNP Paribas CIB, Global Quality Monitoring EMEA objective is to perform the quality monitoring activity related to the KYC update in line with the different CIB KYC Procedure for the EMEA region.
