Restaurant Onboarding Coordinator for UBER Eats

**About the Role**:
In this role you will work closely with a number of partners (i.a. Restaurants Ops Team, Sales, BPO) with an aim to optimally handle restaurant partners onboarding and off-boarding processes, inquiries and critical issues, as well as work towards creating proven and long-lasting business relationships with them.

Beyond solving partner issues, you will be encouraged to use your sound business judgment and own some of the most important processes of our restaurant team. You will share information and concerns, propose innovative solutions, and brainstorm process improvement ideas You will work in our brand-new office at the heart of Lisbon, and be a part of the most exciting company in the world

**What you will do**:

- Onboarding Funnel Responsibilities:_
- Coordinate end-to-end devices process: handle stock; arrange devices delivery and collection; perform a bi-weekly check of devices delivery status
- Menu creation management: Review and support the resolution of minor menus issues and inquiries between the BPO and Sales Teams to reduce sales critical issues and improve efficiency
- Photo-shooting coordination: Support the arrangement of the photo-shoots by resolving minor issues and inquiries
- Activation Call management: Review and support the resolution of LOB issues that arise during AC and deep-dive in the AC process if needed to improve training quality and reach rate
- PSD2: Support BPO and Sales Teams resolving PSD2 issues that could block new restaurants from being active
- Process Improvement Advocate:_
- Find opportunities for continuous improvement for your area of expertise along with developing & optimising new processes.
- Liaise with team leaders/partners to identify trends, pain points and seek effective resolutions for them.
- Partner cooperation and critical issues management:

- You will work closely with RCO, BPO and Site leadership to run critical issues, guarantee high quality of operational processes & timely implementation of improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Native Dutch speaker (required)
- Proficiency in English
- Eats knowledge (preferred)
- Phenomenal communication skills: Effective communicator, verbal & written.
