**Your Main Activities Are**
- Provide support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support
- Process requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc.)
- Create control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting
- Prepare environments for releases and ensure that the implementation and pre-production tests are carried out
- Act as a reference in the function, coordinate activity and other team members, and capitalize on the gathered experience to share knowledge, coordinate, train and coach others
