We're looking for a IT Production – Application Production Support (Lisbon) Who We're Looking For: Professional Experience & Technical Skills: Ensure service availability and follow-up of production requests for our business; Collaborate closely withInfrastructure teams(Servers, Storage, Network, Middleware, Monitoring, Automation, etc.); Partner with APS and Operations teams to keep applications running smoothly. Main tasks include: Incident resolution; Handling user requests; Monitoring production environments; Building strong technical & functional knowledge of applications; Driving continuous improvement with process automation ideas. Technical Skills Experience in Linux/Unix SQL ITIL– Practical knowledge; Observability / Monitoring tools– Practical knowledge; Ansible– Practical knowledge; Reporting & presentation skills; Agile mindset. Language Requirement English –B2 Work Setup Hybrid
