Application Production Support

Are you passionate about ensuring service continuity, system reliability, and continuous improvement in complex IT environments? Then this position is for you.

As an
Application Production Support
, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of in-house and third-party applications across the production ecosystem, working closely with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

Build side:

• Contribute to application lifecycle activities including migrations, re-hosting, and infrastructure changes
• Prepare and configure environments for application releases and batch processing
• Support pre-production testing and release readiness activities
• Collaborate with Development teams in Agile and DevOps contexts to improve application reliability
• Participate in automation and monitoring initiatives to enhance production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, group guidelines, and best practices

Run side:

• Act as the first point of contact for IT Production-related incidents, requests, and enquiries
• Monitor production environments and applications to ensure service continuity
• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent incidents and problems within agreed SLAs
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests using ITSM tools
• Communicate clearly with internal users and stakeholders on production status and incidents
• Participate in on-call rotations when required to ensure continuous service availability

You have at least
3 years of experience
in demanding
IT production or application support
environments. You enjoy working in fast-paced, critical systems contexts and are constantly seeking ways to improve service quality through innovation, automation, and collaboration. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with teamwork.

You have developed solid experience in IT Production Support and Application Management, with increasing exposure to release management, monitoring, automation, and DevOps practices. You aim to grow within a dynamic, transformation-driven IT environment, contributing actively to digital transformation initiatives.

• Operating Systems: Windows / Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), UNIX (AIX)
• Databases & SQL: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sybase
• File Transfers & Messaging: CFT, MQ, FTaaS, FTP, SFTP, PeSIT
• Automation & Monitoring: Autosys, Control-M, Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace
• Service Management: ServiceNow, JIRA, ITSM tools, Agile methodologies

• Infrastructure & Security:

• Networks (LAN, VPN, LDAP, Active Directory)

• Encryption (PGP, GPG)
• Security protocols (TLS/SSL, SSH, PKI, Certificates, SAST/DAST)
• Infrastructure (DMZ, VMs, Cloud, Load Balancers, Firewalls)
• Cloud environments: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• ITIL practices (Certification is a plus)
• Banking and financial services environment knowledge
