Empresa de Consultoria recruta para seu cliente na área da saúde, administrativa para apoio ao departamento de concursos públicos.

**Perfil**:

- Habilitações ao nível do 12º ano ou superior;
- Conhecimentos ou experiência na elaboração de propostas comerciais e gestão de encomendas;
- Conhecimentos de contratação pública para gestão de todos os procedimentos de Contratação Pública (Consultas Prévias, Ajustes Diretos, Concursos Públicos)
- Apetência para funções de cariz comercial com forte envolvência organizativa e administrativa;
- Facilidade de comunicação, empatia e de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Dinamismo e foco no cliente com uma forte orientação para resultados e para a resolução de problemas;
- Capacidade de planeamento e organização;
- Domínio das ferramentas do MS Office, nomeadamente Excel e Word;
- Conhecimentos de SAP (preferencial);
- Autonomia e Proatividade;
- Conhecimentos da língua inglesa escrita e falada (nível B1 ou superior)

**Descrição de Funções**:

- Assegurar o apoio Comercial, nomeadamente dar resposta a pedidos de orçamentos e elaboração de propostas comerciais;
- Apoio ao departamento de concursos públicos, nomeadamente na elaboração de propostas comerciais, análise e deteção de oportunidades de negócio e submissão de propostas em plataformas de contratação pública;
- Assegurar o controlo de caducidade de documentação;
- Garantir a atualização de listagens e documentação regulamentar;

- **Regime de prestação de trabalho: Presencial
- Local: Hibrido
- Vencimento Base + Sub Alimentação
- Projeto temporário de 4 meses
- Entrada Imediata
