**About the Role**

We are looking for a passionate and creative copywriter for FREE NOW for Business.

You can be based in any of our offices in Italy, Poland, Portugal, or Spain.

**Your major goals are**:

- Generate compelling copy that drives massive traffic to our website and makes us overachieve Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets.
- Turbocharge our click-through rates and attract high-conversion prospects.
- Push our content and web pages to the top of search engine results with targeted keywords and SEO optimisation.

You won't be bored and there will be lots of space for your creativity to run rampant. You will
- Write to a variety of interesting personas with different characteristics and challenges, including Business Travel Managers, HR and Hospitality Managers
- Figure out our target audience's daily needs and pain points and leverage this knowledge for compelling content
- Create content for our different products with various value propositions, target industries and challenges for different countries
- Follow current best practices in the industry and review related websites to compare their activities with ours.

You'll have the chance to expand your marketing experience:

- Use target keywords and terms to produce SEO content while remaining compelling and informative and monitor content effectiveness continuously.

You will get to work with senior experts in their fields, including:
- A dedicated designer who will transform your content into compelling visuals
- An expert branding team that will define tone guidelines for all departments
- Our UX/UI researcher who creates personas based on interviews and best-in-class techniques.

**Your profile**:
**Must have**:

- 2+ years of B2B writing experience (Tech experience is a must)
- You are highly motivated and have a passion for creating awesome content
- You have a strong understanding of B2B Marketing principles, channels, social, and CRMs.
- You're familiar with KPIs such as Open Rate, CTR, engagement rate, etc.
- You are proficient in using SEO best practices to write creative content that includes effective keyword placement
- You thrive working to deadlines
- You are a self-starting, creative copywriter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have strong skills in creating thought leadership content that resonates with our target audience and meets our objectives
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- You can multitask, deliver and report on results with an extra mile mindset.
- You are a problem solver who is focused on solutions for customers.
