**Role Purpose**:
To manage the implementation project rollout of Enterprise Solutions, according to the time plan, solution design, quality and the efficiency levels, as well as to inform periodically the Customer, in order to ensure that his expectations are met at transition to Vodafone.

**Job Responsibility**:

Implementation Project Management**:To validate and detail the corporate solution, ensure that all resources (human, technical, network and terminal equipment) are available, as well as, to understand the solution assumptions and Customer expectations, in order to align the rollout strategy; To monitor the project progress and the project budget on more complex projects and take appropriate maintain cost control according to initial assumptions

Interface with Technical Areas**:To request a low-level design if required and work with technical teams on its contents, and to define the migration process to Vodafone (from other service providers), together with the Customer’s IT manager, to minimise the impact on the Customer’s business
- **
Customer’s and Sales SPOC**:To ensure the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) role for the Corporate Customer and Sales team during project rollout and promote the project kick-off meeting with the Customer and Sales team, to ensure a formal handover from PreSales to Implementation team, in order to explain the implementation processes, to define the time plan, adjust the milestones and project priorities

End-to-End Business process**:To define, document and maintain the End-to-End business processes required to Implement, Change or Cancel the Enterprise Solutions; To identify business process requirements, define the requirements for Business Process Management tools, test new tools and processes; Define, review and negotiate the KPIs and SLA (internal and external) appropriated for the business processes.

**Ideal Background**:

- College degree, preferably on Information Systems or Telecommunications Engineering, or Senior Telecommunications expert
- Previous experience, 2 years (minimum) on Project Management, Engineering, Consultancy or Networks Operations on the Telecommunications Sector
- Previous experience in the development of professional services for operators of fixed and/or mobile networks in one or several of the following areas: Non-standard solutions delivery; Engineering or Operations, of network and services; Re-engineering of business processes and Dashboards; Sales, Marketing of products and services
- Specific Knowledge: Good knowledge of telecommunications networks, transport and access technologies (SDH/PDH, xDSL, FTTH, Radio), and Voice and DataVpn project (TCP/IP, ISDN, SIP); Project Management skills
- Business Understanding: Understand the Corporate Solutions technical details; Deep knowledge on the Business Processes required to setup a corporate solution.
- Fluency in the English language.
