**The Profile**:
- You are fluent in German and have excellent communication skills in English (B2).
- You enjoy dealing with people, and you have excellent communication skills
- **You have an international mindset, and you are happy to relocate to sunny Portugal**
- You have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
**Your responsibilities**:
- Identify customers needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company’s products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
- Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
- Offer support on queries regarding product availability
- Assist with click and collecting orders
- Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers’ inquiries
