At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our UniQue team.
- Identifying training needs and developing effective learning solutions.
- Planning and overseeing a diverse training portfolio, including Technical, Soft Skills, and Corporate training.
- Managing external training providers, procurement processes, and digital learning subscriptions.
- Coordinating specialized training with Institutions.
- Organizing learning events, induction programs, and team development initiatives.
- Providing guidance on professional development and facilitating staff participation in training programs.
- Collecting feedback, assessing training effectiveness, and enhancing learning initiatives.
- Handling course enrollments, maintaining records in the Training Management System (TMS), and monitoring training budgets.

**Requirements**:
What will you be bringing to the team?
- 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 3 years in a related field.
- Experience in managing learning/training and professional development activities for a large organization.
- Experience in facilitating team building.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Ability to exercise judgment of priorities, organizing multiple tasks with high priorities and working with mínimal direction.
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach allowing the incumbent to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the Institution and customer organizations.
- A very good level of written and spoken English is required (minimum B2).
