The Middle Office supports our Accounts Payable activities in the Procure to Pay Middle Office Department
The person will oversee the Supplier Relationship for accounts payable topics, of creating specific proactive following of supplier’s topics and of a support of Middle Office Team Manager
The person will be responsible for executing the following activities- Analyse and provide adequate and timely response to all information requests- Ensure request resolution- Register best practices in the knowledge management database- Provide input to improve request resolution and contribute to continuous improvement**Your Main Activities Are**
The main activities of Middle Office Trainee are the following- Analyse with the support of the team to provide adequate and timely response to all information requests- Ensure with the team support the request resolution- Register best practices in the knowledge management database- Provide input to improve request resolution and contribute to continuous improvement- Support other Teams to obtain missing documents to clear open items in the system (credit notes, suspense, among others)**Profile and Skills to Success**
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business administration or related areas
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Fluent in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
Strong customer orientation
Active listening
Dynamic and pro-active
Accurate and rigorous
Strong verbal and written communications skills
