- **Shifts system: Monday -Friday (8:00 -19:00)-40h/5days per week incl. Public Holidays with WEEKENDS off**

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Keep records of each case in the system, including the problem, how it was resolved, and any follow-up needed
- **Use your understanding of digital wallet services to quickly find solutions and support customers in the best way possible**

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1100€ gross x 12 months** -basic salary
- **2 extra salaries** per year (**+2600€)**:

- **80€**fixed project bonus
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
