ConvaTec is recruiting to hire a **IT Hub PMO** **Manager** to join their team in Lisbon.

This person is responsible and accountable for all IT activities related to monitoring the project portfolio and demand management of the department. This role is done in articulation with the central PMO that oversees overall IT project portfolio and governance.

This will require strong relationships with Global and Regional teams as well as other stakeholders across the IT function.

**Key d**uties and Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation of the new projects in the organization that require IT Hub services participation (define and follow up plans, actions, risks, resources, and financials)
- Support Governance meetings preparation (Stage Gate processes)
- Ensure that project management standards are followed and focus on standardizing and efficiencies
- Ensure documentation management is followed up
- Comply with Convatec policies and norms concerning data quality and integrity
- Proactively work with senior stakeholders across all functions and business units to define the broader requirements
- Coordinate cross project activities
- Audits readiness and support
- Assume responsibility for the program´s people and vendors
- Manage IT budgets that relate to your area of responsibility both Opex and Capex.
- Lead and develop your own team and strengthen talent development in IT.
- Drive continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and business functions.

**About you**:

- 10+ years of experience in IT program & projects management and other relevant roles in IT.
- Expertise in different project management methodologies and techniques (PMP, Agile, etc)
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience in companies with international geographic presence.
- Highly engaged leadership with the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire others to achieve a high-level result from a large and diverse group.
- Ability to hold vendors accountable for achieving desired business results.
- Adaptive to changing business needs and the ability to work in a variety of different business situations.
- Experience in delivering in high complex and dynamic environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
